At WatchCo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Watch

  Carefully place the watch back in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
