Are your watches authentic and brand new?
Yes, every watch sold on WatchCo is 100% authentic, brand new, and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the manufacturers themselves.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your timepieces?
All watches come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty. We also provide an additional 1-year WatchCo protection plan for mechanical defects on select luxury models.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Can I have the watch band resized before shipping?
Yes, we offer complimentary band sizing for stainless steel bracelets. Simply provide your wrist measurement in the 'Order Notes' section during checkout.
